UB Account Maintenance

Utility Billing (UB) Account Maintenance

Version 6.0 and Version 6.1 – (*In Development)

NOTE: The following are proposed features for the upcoming release of the UB module, and as such are subject to change.

Overview

The Utility Billing Account Maintenance function is used to create, and maintain Utility Billing (UB) accounts. It will link a Utility Billing account to a service address and an occupant, and implicitly to a tax map. The Maintenance function will also display a history of the meters installed on this account since the creation of the account.
The forms dividers contain the Account Information and the Meter History. Gone are the multiple tabs of Govern for Windows (VB6), many of the tabs have been consolidated under the new tabs.
The Account Maintenance function is used to set up and maintain the Cycle Codes, Services, and general information for the Utility Billing account; this function is also used for viewing billing information. A single account number can be used for multiple meters and reading devices.

Account Information tab

The Account Information tab combines the Account Information divider and Additional Information tabs under one screen. This is a change from the two (2) tabs that were used in Govern for Windows (VB6).

Meter History tab

The Meter History tab differs slightly from the Govern for Windows (VB6) version. This grid presents all meter changes for the current UB_Account (new or deleted).

NOTE: Additional details will be provided as development is finalized.
