Mass Appraisal CAMA Module
Overview
Built on the newest 6.1 OpenForms Technology, the purpose of the Mass Appraisal CAMA module is to appraise and manage information for Buildings, Land, Personal Property, and Sales for a property, or group of linked properties. Mass Appraisal Building information is used for maintaining information on the buildings associated with a property. It provides numerous tables and codes that can be customized to meet the needs of your organization for appraising the value of a building. In addition, it provides tools for creating building sketches.
Appraisal methods include:
- Cost for Land and Agricultural, Building, Misc.Structure, Personal Property
- Comparable Sales
- Market or Multiple Regression Analysis (MRA)
- By Income using the following methods, Direct Capitalization Rate (DIR), and Gross Revenue Multiplier (GRM) methods
- By Land Only, Building Residual and Value Overrides (Audit/Appeals)

Module & System Integration
The module is integrated to Govern’s Property Control (locations, split merge,deeds, multimedia, etc.), Name and Address, Real Property and Land Management (coming soon) modules.
System options include:

- 3rd party integrations:
- APEX (Building Drawing)
- Marshall & Swift (residential and commercial valuation)
- Reporting SSRS and Crystal Report for reporting.
